Jimi Hendrix was born on November 27, 1942, so to celebrate
his 70th birthday, Living Colour and Friends are hosting a 70th
Birthday Tribute to the late and great guitarist.
The event is scheduled to take place on Monday, November 12
at the City Winery in NYC.
Living Colour also participated in the 2011 Experience
Hendrix Tour and members of the band have performed the music of Jimi
Hendrix throughout the years.
