AC/DC Reps Respond to Axl Rose Guest Singer Rumors (Ultimate Classic Rock)

AC/DC‘s representatives have responded to rumors suggesting that Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose will join the group as a guest singer, neither denying nor confirming the story, but instead telling NME they have “nothing official to announce.”

AC/DC Begin 'Rock or Bust' Tour

AC/DC officially began their ‘Rock or Bust’ world tour yesterday in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with drummer Chris Slade still on board.

Slade initially returned for performances at the Grammys and then at the Coachella music festival, which marked AC/DC’s first concert since the health-related retirement of guitarist Malcolm Young.

AC/DC Play First Post-Malcolm Young Show at Coachella (UCR)

AC/DC performed their first full concert since the health-related departure of founding guitarist Malcolm Young last night, closing out the opening night of the 2015 Coachella Festival in Indio, California. Malcolm’s nephew Stevie has taken his place in the band.

AC/DC Announce North American Tour Dates (Ultimate Classic Rock)

The dog days of summer 2015 will bring AC/DC‘s ‘Rock or Bust‘ tour to North America.
Continuing the string of dates they’d previously announced for Europe in the spring and early summer, the band has added 13 U.S. and Canadian stops to its itinerary, starting with an Aug. 22 show in Massachusetts and concluding with an appearance in Los Angeles on Sept. 28.
